Pilates method matwork ~ these classes offer an opportunity to pay attention to breath, alignment, movement quality, and integration of easeful core support. By increasing our capacity to move with fluid support and perceptual awareness we are more able to move with ease and enjoyment in our daily activities. The Pilates method matwork exercises are tools to help us become aware of how we prepare for movement, how we move, and how we can be more fully present in ourselves as we move.
In-person classes at Trout Lake Community Centre:
The autumn series is from September 11th to November 27th, 2024:
Beginner Pilates matwork at 6:15pm to 7:25pm, and
Intermediate Pilates matwork at 7:30pm to 8:40pm.

Online pilates matwork:
Mixed level pilates matwork classes are on Monday mornings 9:30 to 10:45am via zoom.
