Individual Sessions

I offer individual sessions for health & wellbeing support in my studio space, located at # 304 ~ 718 West Broadway.

Individual sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs. We work together to gently expand your experience of movement, to deepen possibilities for embodiment, and to assist you in developing the sensitivity to know what movements are suitable for you to do at any time. I bring a grounded presence and a spirit of collaborative inquiry to each session to support you where you are.

A typical session may include use of specific movement forms (such as the Pilates method, Qigong, Continuum Montage), mindfulness awareness practices, breathwork, assisted stretching & hands-on alignment guidance, trauma resolution, movement explorations, and sensory & perceptual awareness work.

Sessions are generally an hour in length and I offer sliding scale of $65 – $95 per session (cash, cheque, or email transfer).
