A typical session may include use of specific movement forms (such as the Pilates method, Qigong movement, Continuum Montage), mindfulness awareness practices, breathwork, manual therapy work (such as visceral manipulation, hands-on alignment guidance, and assisted stretching), somatic-bsed trauma resolution, movement explorations, and sensory & perceptual awareness work.
